It Analyst

- College graduate of any related course (Industrial Eng., Information Technology, Accounting Technology or similar)
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
Perform business and functional analysis for IT Systems
- Analyze issues, concerns, and be able to identify root causes, corrective actions, and preventive actions
- Maintain IT System documents and knowledge-based system
- System Analysis and Problem Resolution
- Experience in Agile Scrum Methodology and retail industry is an advantage
- Good in oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and management skills
