Details of the offer

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Set up workstation with computers and necessary peripheral devices (printer, scanner, routers, etc.).
Install and configure appropriate software per workstation.
- Set up network, internet connection and telephone lines as needed and configure network connection.
- Ensure security and privacy of network and computer system per workstation.
- Conduct regular check-up & inspection on all computers and peripheral devices.
- Conducts computer hardware, software & network troubleshooting.
- Maintain all local software and hardware licensing to ensure conformance (if required).
- Perform as back up support on entire IT systems of the company and its affiliates.
Including support in workflow evaluation and improvement.
- Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for desktop and laptop environment.
- Request for hardware, software and other IT supplies needed.
Assist in canvassing the IT related request.
- Maintain records/logs of repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance schedule per equipment.
**General Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- **Experience**: At least 3 years' experience in Information Technology

**Skills/Aptitude**:

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple problems simultaneously
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of software, hardware technology and network concepts

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
