It Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides IT and general administrative support to the IT Department
- Responsible of liaising with other concerned departments and preparing admin documents
- Filing of liaising with other concerned departments and preparing admin documents Responsible for regular monitoring and creation of vendor billings/contracts, and any other IT- related tasks that the client will require
- Responsible in request for office supplies, reimbursements, and liquidations
- Maintains documents, information, and other confidential data relevant to operations
- Responsible in Monitoring, Encoding, Generate and Analyze Reports
- Monitoring, dispatching, coordinating of request tickets (incident/SR) ticketing system To maintain data system and ensuring all information is correctly recorded
- To safekeep records of data entry and database information

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- General Trias, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
