We are looking to hire an experienced ISO Specialist to strengthen our quality management system and improve operational efficiency. Currently, the Production Manager handles ISO-related duties, but we aim to establish a more specialized structure with this new role to enhance quality control. This position will focus on managing and overseeing ISO certifications and compliance within our company, particularly IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
Lead and manage the company's ISO compliance, particularly IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure all processes comply with ISO standards.Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits with certification bodies.Identify opportunities for improvement in quality management and implement necessary changes.Provide training and guidance to staff on ISO standards and requirements.Prepare and present reports to the President on the progress and status of ISO-related activities.Another task that may be assigned from time to time by the manager
