**Qualifications**:

- Must have **completed a 4-year bachelor's degree** of any business course.
- Have at least 1-year experience as a document controller.
- Amenable to work on-site at Ayala Alabang (9AM-6PM, Monday-Friday).
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Document Management - ensure that documents are compliant to ISO9001:2015 Standard, Document and Record Control Procedure.
- Regular review of documents - Conduct regular review of documents as per defined frequency.
- Filing of Documents - ensure documents are filed accordingly and readily available when needed while all document control requirements are followed in accordance to ISO9001:2015.
- Proper filing of obsolete documents - Obsolete documents are segregated.
- Control of document review creation to implementation - ensure documentation process flow is being followed.
- Schedule of document review - support the facilitation of the review and record the concerns raised.
- Records of document review - ensures all document reviews are documented and recorded.
- Masterlist of documents - maintain a copy of the master index of all controlled documents.
- Implementation of document change - sending on time alert of implemented changes to all affected employees.
- Maintenance of document review evidences - ensure all document reviews have evidences and are signed by process owner.
- Stamping of approved documents, management of borrowed documents, updating and archiving of documents.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
