Handle and manage the overall Quality Management System. Conduct internal and second-party audits. Maintain records and document control. Develop necessary procedures and standards for the Quality Management System.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight
a. Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Quality Management System in compliance with ISO standards, such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
2. Audit Management
a. Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
b. Prepare for and manage external audits, including those by certification bodies and second-party auditors.
c. Address audit findings and follow up on corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
3. Document and Record Control
a. Oversee documentation control processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates of QMS documents.
b. Maintain comprehensive records of quality documents, reports, and audit findings.
4. Training and Development
a. Train employees on ISO standards, QMS processes, and best practices for compliance.
b. Foster a quality-oriented culture by providing ongoing support and education on quality management.
5. Process Improvement
a. Identify opportunities for improvement within the QMS and implement corrective actions.
b. Collaborate with other departments to establish and refine quality processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
6. Compliance Management
a. Ensure that all quality standards and regulatory requirements are met.
b. Keep up-to-date with ISO standard changes and ensure the company's QMS evolves accordingly.
7. Reporting and Communication
a. Report QMS performance, audit results, and quality issues to senior management.
b. Provide regular updates on the status of compliance and recommend actions to address quality risks.
8. Customer and Supplier Quality Assurance
a. Work with suppliers to ensure their processes meet ISO standards and quality expectations.
b. Address customer quality concerns and implement necessary changes to meet customer requirements.
9. Risk Management
a. Identify potential quality risks within processes and implement risk mitigation strategies.
10. Leadership and Team Management
a. Lead the quality team, assigning responsibilities and supporting their professional development.
b. Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments to achieve quality objectives.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any engineering or business-related field.At least 2 years of work experience as a Management Representative (MR).Strong analytical abilities.Ability to manage ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.Background in the automotive manufacturing industry is an advantage.
