Details of the offer

An IPQC (Input Process Quality Control) Supervisor's responsibilities include:
Analyzing quality data and creating plans to improve quality
Following up on customer feedback, quality issues, and quality problems
Identifying training needs for inspectors and IPQC leaders, and conducting training
Ensuring the integrity and uniformity of products in batches
Preparing monthly and weekly quality reports
Creating work instruction manuals, circuit diagrams, and drawings as inspection references for IPQC leaders and inspectors

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
