Invoicing Clerk

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- In-charge in the encoding of Sales Orders
- Responsible in preparation and printing of Sales Invoices and Item Pull-out for delivery.
- Responsible for efficiently encode all in the Purchase Order (PO) & Sales Order (SO)
- Must input, monitor, and maintain all encoded data and records
- Responsible for efficiently encode all in the Purchase Order (PO) & Sales Order (SO)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- College Graduate of any business related course
- At least 1 year minimum work experience of invoicing and other related jobs
- Validating skill
- Verbal communication Skill
- Time Management Skill
- Interpersonal and Networking Skill
- Records Management Skills
- Mathematical and Accounting Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 per month
