Invoicing Clerk For Printer&Document Solutions/16-18K/Makati

Details of the offer

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Process machine request (for Brand New, Replacement, Demo, Upgrade, Meter & Fixed Monthly) with or without P.O thru Mrf Portal ( Davao, Bacolod, Ilo-ilo, Pampanga and Boracay)
2. Process parts request for Technical, PMS, BDO and other branches such as Delsan Davao, Bacolod and Ilo-ilo (Brand new or cannibalized).
3. Process toner request (for SM Branches, BDO regular order and all toners under Meter reading and fixed monthly)
4. Input updated file for all cancelled transaction.
5. Process BDO quarterly
6. Creation of DR & Sales Invoice
7. Handling email and telephone calls (Internal & Clients)
8. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that is related to the position.

Requirements:
Education Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree Experience Minimum of 1 Year
1. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Accuracy and timeliness in the submission of reports/documents for countering purposes.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and working knowledge of accounting software

Personal Characteristics
1. Strong work ethic and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
