YOUR ROLE Assist in invoice countering, filing, and scanning
Follow up and monitor Proof of Delivery from 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) vs. SAP generated invoices
Ensure accurate uploading of invoices in customer portal
Provide support in the maintenance and enhancement of invoice countering monitoring file in Excel YOUR SKILLS Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, or Accountancy related courses
Knowledge in MS Office software required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); With basic understating of Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; Preferably with continuous Improvement mindset
Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
