What you'll do As part of the Investment Safeguarding team, your responsibilities will include:

Building expertise: You will develop a deep understanding of third-party companies that provide services, including their service names, descriptions, and associated costs based on proposals. Evaluating proposals: Leveraging your knowledge of third-party companies and their services, you will assess whether a proposal or service can help our partners achieve their stated goals. Exercising judgment: You will use data-driven decision making to evaluate the feasibility of achieving the stated outcomes and determine if the investment is appropriate for the initiative or campaign. Conducting audits: Through audits, you will identify potential risks and issues related to investment opportunities, third-party companies, and internal processes. Implementing controls: You will develop and implement controls to mitigate the identified risks, ensuring their effectiveness, and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You will closely collaborate with teams such as Operations, Marketing, Partner Management, Compliance, and Finance to ensure alignment and adherence to company policies and procedures. By performing these key functions, you will play a crucial role in minimizing risks, optimizing investments, and ensuring compliance within our organization.

What you bring The Investment Safeguarding Specialist will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a role where they demonstrate operational excellence, carry out audits and systems thinking to design out flaws in the process. They will have experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with investment opportunities, third-party companies, and internal processes. Experience working in a multicultural, matrixed environment is also required.
