Job Profile Description:
Investments Operations Associate is responsible in verifying/quality checking documents received from the different queues each day.
This includes new account set-up and maintenance, client information changes including banking set up, processing transfers of accounts, processing purchases and withdrawals, reconciliation of accounts and etc., The information on all these requests must be processed accurately.
The integrity of the data is depended upon by the Operations Department as well as trading, which is why absolute accuracy is a must.
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s/Master's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, and any related Management course is a must
Work background in Financial/Accounting/Banking
industryProficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Knowledge of Streetscape, BPM, LARS and Licensing Process is an advantage
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Fast Learner and can work with minimum supervision
Strong organizational skills
Good attendance record
Team player
Amenable to work on Fixed Night Shift (starts at 8pm or 9pm)
