Investment ManagerPosition Responsibilities: The Investment Manager assesses investment proposals through extensive research, building robust financial models, and managing the due diligence process in order to generate timely and effective recommendations to Top Management. S/he sources leads on investment opportunities from various platforms and professional networks to continuously build the business development pipeline of the department. S/he helps plan, organize, and execute GMA's business development activities and strategies that promote the long-term and sustainable growth of the organization. S/he also contributes to establishing and improving GMA's corporate investment strategy through a robust analysis of economic and industry trends.
Job Requirements: Graduate of 4-year course, preferably in Business Management / Finance / Accountancy / Economics;With at least 2 years in financial / marketing management and 10 years management experience in business development / general management, feasibility study, investment / proposals assessment;Must have a strong background in Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, Research or Product Management;Networking and investment deals sourcing;Financial modelling, use of finance modelling tools;Mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, similar partnerships;Investment portfolio management.Other Information: Strong team player;Comfortable networking with potential partners;Must have integrity, be trustworthy and professional;Able to work effectively and efficiently even under low supervision and when under pressure;Willing to work overtime when required;Willing to coach and lead staff.Required Years of Work Experience: 2 to 10 years
