Investment Banking Associate

The successful candidate shall assist in all tasks necessary for the successful execution of investment banking deals, particularly, financial advisory engagements, debt and equity capital market transactions, and investment research assignments. He/she shall also assist in business development activities, including prospecting, preparation, and delivery of client pitches and acquisition of new mandates. The ideal candidate should have:
a Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting or any relevant degree from a top Philippine university/college;an MBA or CPA, CFA (levels I, II, III) certification is an advantage;at least three (3) years experience in Corporate &/or Investment Banking, Credit, Financial or Investment analysis or research, and/or relationship/account management;high proficiency in financial analyses and modelling;excellent written and oral communications skills;excellent presentation skills;proficiency in Microsoft Office, iWork, GSuite and/or other similar business applications.ICCP is one of the oldest independent investment houses in the Philippines with a long record of excellence.
