Key Responsibilities:Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and valuation of potential projects. Market Research & Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities within the renewable energy sector in South East Asia. Perform due diligence on potential investment opportunities, assessing risks and returns. Investment Proposals: Prepare detailed investment proposals and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders, providing clear recommendations based on thorough analysis. Portfolio Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments, providing regular updates and insights to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and produce comprehensive reports on investment activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Candidate Requirements:Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Investment Analyst or in a similar role within the financial or renewable energy sector. Education: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification such as CFA or CPA is highly desirable. Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Language: Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills, particularly in Filipino, would be advantageous.
