And we had to do so quickly.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
They'll have access to inventory management tool (Linnworks) and Amazon FBA Stock levels and be able to advise on the stock levels and create purchasing orders.
Complete our
FBA Process of creating shipments, send through digital FBA documents for our team to print off etc.
The person in the role will be holistically responsible for the management of a select portfolio of our key brands (5 Brands) and their stock levels.
We will then gradually have them working on all brands that we manage.
Our goal is to never run out of stock but don't overstock.
- A daily check of Stock levels for the selected brands
- Calculate sell-through and estimated times of stock out (forecasting)
- Bearing that in mind create purchase orders to ensure stock arrives at our FCs with time to process the stock internally, prep FBA and dispatch to Amazon.
- Allocate stock purchased to different purposes - FBA, MFN, D2C, B2B and Amazon
Vendor
- A three to four week supply is ideal for Amazon.
- Work through Amazon to notice products that are slow-selling, and flag them to our internal account managers.
- Pricing monitoring on Amazon.
They should have experience working in the supply chain and be able to help work with us to create models for the inventory levels.
We'll advise on lead times where applicable.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3 years of proven experience as inventory manager or similar position
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Working knowledge in inventory management tools.
- Experience with Linnworks is a plus.
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- An analytical mind with strong math skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

- Angeles City, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
