Details of the offer

1.Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to standardize inventory management.
2.processes across multiple business units or departments following set SOPs.
3.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure inventory accuracy, compliance, and
4.efficiency.
5.Coordinate with business unit leaders and department heads to understand inventory management needs and
6.requirements.
7.Analyze inventory data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
8.Conduct regular audits of inventor y levels, locations, and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with
9.policies and procedures.
10.Utilize inventory management software and systems to track inventory movements, monitor stock levels, and
11.generate reports.
12.Provide training and support to business unit staff on inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices.
13.Collaborate with cross functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to optimize inventory management processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
14.Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate receipt of inventory items.
15.Supervised all activities related to inventory and sent on time reports needed.
Requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• With at least 2-3 years of experience in Inventory warehouse management
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in warehouse environments.
• Computer Literate (Excel, Word, and other related software.)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining warehouse/inventory records.
• Proficient in English and Filipino language, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Should know about handling warehouse.
• Knowledgeable in Inventory management
• Excel proficient, word, PowerPoint presentation, etc.
