Inventory Staff

Maintain Accurate and Up-to-Date Inventory Records for all Products and Materials.Conduct Regular Stock Audit to ensure Inventory Accuracy and Identify Discrepancies.Monitor Stock Level and Re-order Supplies as needed to prevent Stock-Outs.Collaborate with Procurement and Logistic Team to manage Incoming Shipments and Deliveries.Utilize Inventory Management Software to Track Stock movements and Update Inventory levels.Implement and Maintain efficient Inventory Control procedures to optimize storage and minimize losses.Coordinate with other Departments to forecast demand and Plan for seasonal fluctuations.Conduct regular reviews of slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend actions.Generate and analyze Inventory reports to assess trends, identify opportunities for cost savings and improve overall efficiency.Assist in the preparation of documentation related to inventory, such as Shipping Manifest and Stock Reports.
