Inventory Staff

• Maintain Accurate and Up-to-Date Inventory Records for all Products and Materials.
• Conduct Regular Stock Audit to ensure Inventory Accuracy and Identify Discrepancies.
• Monitor Stock Level and Re-order Supplies as needed to prevent Stock-Outs.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Logistic Team to manage Incoming Shipments and Deliveries.
• Utilize Inventory Management Software to Track Stock movements and Update Inventory levels.
• Implement and Maintain efficient Inventory Control procedures to optimize storage and minimize losses.
• Coordinate with other Departments to forecast demand and Plan for seasonal fluctuations.
• Conduct regular reviews of slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend actions.
• Generate and analyze Inventory reports to assess trends, identify opportunities for cost savings and improve overall efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation related to inventory, such as Shipping Manifest and Stock Reports.
