Inventory Staff

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for receiving orders and stocks.
- Responsible for checking the update quantity on hand in journal base Quickbooks.
- Monitoring of availability of stocks : Time to order level
- Check the correctness of invoices vs. packing slip ; Quantity, Item, Price and Invoice number
- Responsible to do physical inventory.
- Responsible for handling products
- Responsible for monitoring stocks on hand and parts for reordering.
- Responsible for testing the products
- Prepares reports for defective and unused products,
- Responsible for cleaning, refilling and maintaining stored itemsin proper order with assistance of other co department.
- Monitor the series of route form (Copy 1).
- Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Pay: Php570.00 per day
