Inventory Management - Releasing Staff

•Accurately release assets i.e. POS terminals of IRF (new Installation Request Form) and TRF (Terminal Replace Form) from various projects, and daily requests by Sales, Customer Service, and OPS•Ensures timely terminal and/or peripheral releases, as per Quality Objectives•Ensures timely acknowledgment of terminals and/or peripherals requests, as per Quality Objectives.•Regularly assist in organizing assets, including but not limited to POS terminals.•Regularly monitor client-owned data SIMs.•Accurately prepare and timely submission of daily and monthly reports of the daily task (IRF/TRF/OTH).•Will actively provide quality assistance & services to POS Preparation, QA, and Field Technician Services as needed.•Exerts best effort that the Quality Objectives are met; implements and/or carryout quality improvement activities and functions as Inventory Management Staff as may be formally and officially defined by the immediate superior or by the executive management.MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:•Holder of a Bachelor's Degree (Logistics or any similar courses)•Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig.•With experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are ENCOURAGED to apply.•Computer literate in Windows-based applications (MS OFFICE), especially MS EXCEL.
