Inventory Coordinator

Details of the offer

Responsible for proper inventory of imported purchased items in all warehouse locations and consignment areas by developing and implementing policies and procedures, diligently conducting inventory counts, analyzing inventory related data and resolving inventory issues.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1.
Programs monthly inventory counts and coordinates with representative in all warehouses and consignment areas to check and report inventory variances to immediate head.
2.
Responsible for providing solution to an inventory related problem by identifying root causes, performing thorough research, and executing applicable trends.
3.
Continuously improves inventory accuracy progress and submits necessary reports to management for inventory improvement purposes.
4.
Responsible for setting and forecasting the inventory level by gathering and analyzing the inventory related data.
5.
Ensures availability of items by computing and forecasting materials needed to be replenished in a period of time.
6.
Develops policies and procedures and works with key personnel to effectively implement process improvements to optimize overall location and item level accuracy as well as maintain the highest possible productivity levels

7.
Monitors all warehouses and store item movements to provide accurate inventory count and cost effective transfers.
**Qualifications**:
1.
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Business Administration

2.
Must have at least one (1) year working experience in the related field

3.
Must have strong communication (both oral and written), analytical, and organizational skills

4.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
5.
Must be able to work independently

6.
Must be knowledgeable with computer software, especially databases and spreadsheets

7.
Must be keen into details with a high degree of accuracy

8.
Must be able to maintain organized records

9.
Must be able to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment with interruptions, to meet deadlines

10.
Amenable to work in Quezon City

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Inventory Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
