The CY Inventory and Document Controller is responsible for the following activities ; (1) filling and retrieval

of all CY documents,(2) preparation, submission and monitoring of Daily Container Movement Report (DCMR) and (3) prompt identification of any discrepancies on the inventory of all containers and its movements. Also, the employee shall relieve the position of Checker assigned for dispatching as needed. These activities should be done on a timely, complete and accurate manner.

 

The IT is to help and undertakes preventive maintenance works on IT devices and system and provides technology support to company employees and officers and

undertakes in all projects assigned tohim.

 

Qualification:
At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field;
Knowledgeable on Container Yard and Trucking Operations;
Works Independently;
Has the initiative and the willingness to take action;
Detail Oriented;
Service oriented;
Good Communication Skill;
Computer Literate;
Proficient on MS Tool Application; and

Willing to work on week-ends, holidays or as necessary
