JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
**Minimum Education**:
- At least college graduate
- at least 1 year experience in the stocks and inventory & warehouse procedures Personality / Skills : with computerized skills in inventory of stocks, dynamic, independent, diligent, systematic and organized, can work with mínimal supervision.
**JOB SUMMARY**
Under the direct supervision of the Accounting Supervisor, the Inventory Controller shall be responsible for the over-all incoming and outgoing inventory of Finished Products and Raw Materials.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.0 Monitoring
1.1 Responsible for recording forms, receipts and other documents of all in and out finished goods and raw materials inside the warehouse and monitor daily movement of warehouse stocks from time of receiving to the time of releasing, which conforms to the available receipts/ release documents.

1.2 Encode daily raw materials requisitions, transfer and receipts of finished goods and raw materials, tools and spare parts supplies and release to the IMS and other warehouse transactions.

1.3 Maintain inventory level of stocks - finished goods and raw materials and inform Logistics / Purchasing of running out of stocks inside warehouse.

1.4 Ensures that the daily and monthly data of inventory is available for information and review.
(10%) 1.5 Ensures that the raw materials/ finished goods will not be released without the approved Stock Requisition and Issue Slip and Dispatch Instruction Form.
(10%) 2.0 Inventory
2.1 Ensures buffer stock levels of Raw Materials and Finished Goods are maintained to provide an optimum safety stock inventory.

2.2 Responsible for balance inventory from IMS against physical counting tally monthly.

3.0 Quality, Environmental, 5S Systems (10%)
3.1 Ensures implementation and submission of reports for Departmental Objectives and Targets (3%)
3.2 Ensures implementation of Quality and Environmental systems, records, and programs in his/her assigned task area.

**Salary**: Up to Php435.00 per day

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
