**Job brief**

We are searching for a detail-oriented, hardworking **_Inventory Clerk_** to join our team in **Hermosa Tile Center Inc. **They will have prior experience in the warehouse environment and excellent math skills for balancing records.
**Duties & Responsibilities**

An **Inventory Clerk's** responsibilities include managing all the parts or products, including recording new items.
Track each item as it enters the establishment through records of what's been sold and where those goods go.
- Receiving call for inquiries
- Encoding of outgoing and incoming items in QB
- Inquiring of items from Warehouse and branches for the items needed by sales
- Checking of incoming items from warehouse, making sure that the quantity of items on DR and on actual is the same
- Updating of prices from QB
- Updating of SDVD daily reports and send it to inventory in charge with the shop
- Printing of codes and updating price tags
- Monthly inventory of items
- Sending of monthly breakages to accounting and respective inventory

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors Degree
- with 1 year of work experience
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Computer Literate
- Able to stand and bend for long periods of time in a warehouse environment
- Good communication skills
- Able to reconcile inventory
- Must be able to read inventory lists
- Must be able to match the correct product with the pricing sticker

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
