INVENTORY AUDIT SUPERVISOR
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Specializes in inventory reconciliation. Prepares the summary of the Inventory Reconciliation Report of the stores and warehouse.
Coordinates with Warehouse and Store for proper documentation and tracking of the stock movement especially on pending deliveries and that are in transit ensuring all stock transfers should be accounted for.
Monitors stock movements, and ensures all pending transfers will be cleared by the respective store managers/supervisors.
Coordinates with the store managers/supervisors who do not have access to the system, and, is responsible for posting their respective Stock Transfers after deliveries have been received and cleared.
Coordinates and assists the store managers/supervisors in handling inventory variances. And is responsible for the needed adjustments after the audit findings.
Inventory Encoding and preparing the Overall Month-end Inventory Summary Report.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business Studies/ Administration/ Office Management/ Mathematics/ Information Systems (IT) or equivalent.
Relevant experience is a plus.
In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, policies, current regulations, and technology.
Exceptional research, planning, problem-solving, critical thinking, and Math Skills.
Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping or financial software and MS Office.
High level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
