Inventory Assistant

Ensures and monitors that assigned finished goods are ample to satisfy customer requirement at any given time avoiding out-of-stocks and over stocks.
Ensure that the company's warehouses, boutiques, and DS maintain inventory levels necessary to meet projected sales demand.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Understanding his/her assigned brand's inventory situation and making recommendations to improve in cases of out-of-stocks/over stock issues.
- Responsible for collecting, checking and maintaining daily and weekly sales reports and inventory reports
- Processes data entry of all information obtained from sales and inventory on a daily basis
- Completes month-end data analysis particularly on inventory vis-à-vis sales reports (basis for replenishment)
- Analyze sold items reporting base on the liquidation per store/ per month
- Manually checks certain deliveries via counting and validating the delivery invoices
- Aligns with Buyers on the inbound shipments on assigned items esp.
on critical stocks-on-hand.
- Analyze and reconcile outstanding stocks from company assigned system to that of actual quantity in warehouse (system-generated and written report required)
- Manage the preparation of stocks for replenishment from head office via warehouse
- Administers cycle-counts in boutiques/DS/kiosks ensuring accuracy of inventory between system vs. actual
- Perform other related task as maybe assigned from time to time.
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree of any four (4) year business degree courses.
- With 1 to 2 years experience in the same capacity, experienced in retail industries, an advantage but not required.
- Demonstrate strong attention to details.
- Proficient typing ability.
- Business software knowledge.
- Willing to report in Makati
