Inventory Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze inventory statistics to calculate which items are most selling and which are not.
- Administer day-to-day inventory operations and control inventory items.
Placing inventory orders and tracking shipments.
- Arrange items for shipment and allocate items to the correct customers as it comes out from the warehouse.
- Perform regular inventory counts.
- Prepare inventory reports that record inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data.
- Reports to upper management regularly and suggest to improve inventory control.
- Coordinate with E-commerce department to settle discrepancies between inventory and revenue.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- Analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Possess acute commercial awareness.
- Able to interpret and implement data on consumer trends and spending.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with databases and spreadsheets.
- Strong analytical, time management, multi-tasking,
- Shows the ability to solve complex problems quickly.
- Possess strong written communication skills for the creation of reports.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
