Manage and perform inventory analysis which includes daily cycle count, inventory reconciling, creation of stocks transfers from other warehouse (ATW) and Daily room.
Generates initiatives to reduce slow moving inventories and to improve inventory turns.
Conduct daily audit of location mapping tools by Senior Picker.
Facilitate and maintain monthly reports of inventory levels.
Assist in inventory risk assessment and mitigation activities.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
1.
Responsible for the accuracy of the inventory of Warehouse.
2.
Undertake analysis on inventory levels of near expiry, loose item, retail item, bad order, and regular items.
3.
Develop inventory plan to ensure smooth product flow for every room storage.
4.
Work with Warehouse Supervisor for Inventory and Documentations in planning and scheduling of cycle count.
5.
Manage inventory adjustments and warehouse transfers (ATW), from other warehouse and daily room.
6.
Analyze root cause of inventory issues and provide resolutions.
7.
Communicate complex inventory issues and concerns to his/her immediate Supervisor.
8. Review and develop inventory activities, recommend improvements.
9.
Ensure the FEFO policy is being followed by Senior Picker and Picker during picking activity.
10.
Plan and complete assigned tasks within the deadlines.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent in database and spread sheets.
- Good Computer Skills
- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Can withstand on cold temperature environment.
-10 to -18 degrees room temperature.
- No fear at height.
- **Willing to undergo 1 month training in Antipolo City** (Airfare, Meals, and lodging will be shouldered by the company)
- Willing to be assigned on a shift schedule.
