Inventory Agent

DESCRIPTION:
Receives and segregates backload PM from customers such as pallets, plastic trays, etc.
Monitors condition of PM and record/report all the damage PM accounted for proper disposition of SMYPC - SMYGP Logistics
Accountable for the issuance and monitoring of FG that will undergo reprocessing (reject bottles) activities
Check all transactions entered on WMS
Maintaining good quality of finish goods and packing materials inside the warehouse
Securing ageing report from CE for proper disposition
Transmitted of Delivery and Transfer Receipt from Hauler and External Warehouse
See to it that reports are validated and checked before forwarding to Inventory Supervisor
Generate, evaluate and reconcile SMY FG report based on records and floor stocks
Accountable inn everyday validation of finished goods versus WMS
Maintains inventory accuracy by conducting monthly physical count versus WMS or stock cards and reconciling variances
Responsible in alerting SMYAC and Inventory team Leader on inventory discrepancy, CP from repro status

QUALIFICATIONS:
College Graduate, preferably computer related course
With of without experience
