We seek a highly organized Inventory Admin VA with a strong background in accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will manage purchase orders (POs), invoicing, and provide general admin support to free up time for our leadership team to focus on strategic initiatives.
Accounting Support:Manage purchase orders (POs) and oversee inventory control.Process invoices, handle billing tasks, and follow up on payments.Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.Maintain and update financial records, spreadsheets, and documentation.Administrative Assistance:Respond to emails and manage client communication.Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and task organization.Prepare reports and summaries as needed.Conduct follow-ups on outstanding items, ensuring timely resolution. General Support:Provide support for additional administrative projects as required.Help streamline internal processes for efficiency. Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration.Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs).Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Reliable internet connection and capability for video calls.
