Ensure business requirements are captured, analyzed, accurately documented, and validated with SMEs. Provide recommendations and/or generate solution ideas to achieve the goal. Support the preparation of business case for automation opportunities. Assist with scheduling, capacity planning, forecasting, quality monitoring and generating of reports to show productivity and performance changes.  Support in analyzing work volume variances to forecast and provide direction to adjust work schedule and staffing accordingly. Monitoring KPIs to meet agreed service level targets.
Use Visual Basic in Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint processes to speed up complex tasks and drive efficiency. Use Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas and graphing to streamline business processes.
