Program Summary Our Photo Editing Internship Program provides hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of photo editing, retouching, and visual storytelling. Interns will work closely with our experienced team of Photo Editors to support day-to-day operations, gain exposure to industry-standard software, and develop skills that will prepare them for a successful career in photo editing. \n Key ResponsibilitiesPhoto Editing & Retouching - Assist in editing photos for various projects, including color correction, retouching, and enhancing image quality.Batch Processing - Help with bulk photo edits, resizing, and organizing files.Organizing Assets - Manage and organize photo libraries, ensuring that all assets are correctly labeled and stored.Creative Support - Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency and quality.Learning and Development: Participate in extensive tutorials, workshops, and feedback sessions to enhance editing skills and technical knowledge.Project Assistance - Work on specific client or internal projects with guidance from senior photo editors.Provide Feedback - Offer creative ideas and suggestions to improve editing processes and workflows.Staying Updated - Research new editing techniques and tools to enhance productivity and creativity Skills and QualificationsBasic Knowledge of Photo Editing Software -  Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other editing software.Discerning Eye - ability to spot inconsistencies and make precise adjustments in photos.Creativity -  A strong eye for visual aesthetics, design principles, and color theory.Organizational Skill -  Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Willingness to Learn - Enthusiasm for gaining practical experience in a fast-paced creative environment.Communication -  to collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.Ability to edit thousands of photos efficiently within a given timeframe and with an excellent standard of qualityA "let's get it done" mindsetThe ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well What You'll GainHands-On Experience -  Practical exposure to photo editing in a real-world setting, with mentorship from industry professionals.Networking - Connect with creative professionals across the company and the industry.Feedback & Guidance - Receive constructive feedback and support for your growth as a photo editor.Potential for Full-Time Employment -  Top-performing interns may be considered for full-time positions after the internship ends.
