The QA intern is responsible in supporting the administration of the CPS Quality Management Framework anchored to drive operational excellence and service satisfaction of its customers and stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of list of reopened cases, breached cases, and CSAT comments for RCA Assist in the collation and preparation of monthly QA reports Consolidation of improvement opportunities/suggestions from CSAT comments Assist in the creation of Quality Framework SharePoint Site Support in the creation of presentation materials for QA trainings and refresher sessions Support in the monitoring and testing of continuous improvement projects Support in the creation and maintenance of knowledge bases and response templates Support in People Pillar activities as necessary Hiring criteria You should have or be completing the following to apply for this opportunity.
