What you'll do
- Help build a world-class people strategy while contributing your unique insights from a recruitment perspective
- Recruit journalists and sales executives, as well as marketing and operations
- Be a key member of the HR team, driving exciting new talent acquisition initiatives
- Work in a matrix environment and across multiple teams (editorial, sales, events, marketing and operations) and geographical markets
- Support international expansion efforts through creative talent acquisition programs
- Help us to build highly engaged and effective teams through effective recruitment and onboarding

**What does the role involve?

As one of a small number of people working in the HR team, you will be involved in the rapid-fire development and roll-out of HR programs around the world.
The role involves coordinating recruitment - organising interviews and onboarding schedules and implementing HR programs across globally.

This is a high-intensity, cutting-edge, action-packed **UK/mid shift role** for a dynamic, assertive, smart, measured and organized HR professional with several years of **international HR and recruitment experience** already under their belt.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
- Strong English communication skills
- International HR experience
- A collaborative approach to work
- The confidence to interview, onboard and coordinate HR initiatives for a range of professionals, from journalists to marketing and sales executives
- The desire to work in a growing global media business
- An interest in media and events
