Internal Project Manager

**_Salary: 1,200 to 1,500 USD/mo (DOE)_**

Our team is looking for an **Internal** **Project Manager **to grow with us as we work towards our company's goals.
The Project Manager's main responsibility is to seamlessly move, coordinate and collaborate between and within teams to make sure that people assigned to each project are delivering quality results in a timely manner.
**You may perform the following duties**
- plan and designate project resources
- co-ordinate activities and tasks among internal departments and/or subcontractor organizations
- develop and maintain schedules and forecasting plans
- monitor the progress of projects and ensure that deliverables are mostly always on time.
- write reports and other planning documents
- use project management tools such as tracking charts and project scheduling software
- keep stakeholders informed throughout the project

**Skills**:

- At least 2 years experience as a Project Manager or similar roles, preferably in a start-up Saas company
- Experience in Jira is a must.
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to multi-task and manage various project elements at the same time
- Leadership skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Conflict resolution
- "Big picture" thinking and vision
- Good proficiency in the English language
