Inviting applications for the role of Risk/Compliance Management – Internal Control Consultant We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Controls Consultant who is responsible for reviewing financial transactions for our organization. Their duties would include but are not limited to auditing, bookkeeping, reviewing logs, and record keeping. Responsibilities: Become an expert for client controls and agent compliancePerform compliance exercisesAssist in the maintenance and creation of documentation/playbooks as instructed by TS-PACtDevelop a training program for staffOversee day-to-day operations locallyReview user access to shared Google files, tools, and applicationsMaintain and monitor key metrics and dashboards for clientsCreate reporting and metrics for clientsTrust and Safety experienceReview key deliverables to ensure adherence to agreed expectationsProvide day-to-day operational support including actioning ad-hoc operational support requestsQualifications Background in risk, audit/complianceWith 4 - 8 years BPO experienceDetail Oriented: highly-organized individual with bias towards actionAnalytical: solutions-driven with the ability to analyze data and think criticallyVersatile: adaptability to reprioritize tasks based on potential risk impactEffective Communicator: persuasive and effective oral, written, and presentation skillsPeople Oriented: strong interpersonal skills to foster and maintain relationships with internal and external partiesAbility to maintain discretion and professionalism with sensitive and confidential informationKnowledge of G-Suite and Office-365 applicationsAn empathetic approach to dealing with sensitive Trust & Safety concerns
