RESPONSIBILITIES: Bookkeeping of payables, petty cash, operational expenses, fixed assets, VAT, Withholding Tax, among othersVerify the accuracy of invoices and accounting documents/recordsUpdate, maintain and reconcile accounting journalsFiling of BIR reports and payments such as VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax, etc.Strong familiarity with computers is a MUST to be able to enter data into SEC and BIR online filings, SAP Business One, Crystal Reports, Excel and Google SheetsCompile data and prepare reports QUALIFICATIONS: Male or FemaleWith at least 4 years work experience in an Accounting RoleBachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Computer, Business or AccountingIn-depth understanding of Accounting and Bookkeeping concepts (Ex: Profit and Loss Statement, Disbursements, Chart of Accounts, etc)Must be organized, meticulous and hardworkingOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsFully Vaccinated and in good physical health SALARY OFFER:
