Internal Auditing/ Analytical Thinking Prepares a comprehensive report as needed by the management team for process improvement review.Assists in the formulation and is responsible for the implementation of QMS policy, procedures, and objectives.Conducts internal audits for QMS compliance.Recommends and suggests more efficient and reliable internal controls to improve existing procedures and systems.Reports and summarizes audit findings and makes recommendations for the correction of unsatisfactory conditions and improvements for presentation to top management.Studies previous and current audit reports.ISO Responsible for monitoring the effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the Company.Monitors company-wide compliance with the policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective implementation of the system.Participates in site visits for raw materials supplier accreditation and evaluation.Helps in the formulation of various departmental quality objectives and targets and Opportunity Risk Assessment.Administrative/ Documentation Bidding preparations.Prepares supplier accreditation applications.Handles renewal of assigned permits and licenses of the company.Data Privacy Member of the Data Breach Response Team who validates allegations regarding the company's privacy policies, or any serious breach, loss, or unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction of personal information under the custody of RTCC and shall submit a report to the National Privacy Commission.
