JOB DESCRIPTIONPOSITION INFORMATION:POSITION TITLE : INTERNAL AUDITOR JOB LEVEL :JOB PURPOSE :Reporting directly to the Internal Audit Manager the Internal Auditor is responsible forconducting audit of accounting records and prepares compliance reports to ensure thateverything has been done correctly according to rules set by industry standards.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. REGULAR AUDIT. Conducts regular audit on the following:1.1. Expenses.1.1.1. Petty Cash Fund1.1.2. Cash Advances & Liquidation1.1.3. Reimbursement of Expenses1.2. Sales/Cash Daily Collection Report (CDCR). Checks daily cash collection of thefollowing:1.2.1. Branch sales1.2.2. Dealers1.2.3. Technical1.2.4. Equipment1.2.5. Mobile Van1.3. Payables1.3.1. Internal (intra-department)1.3.2. External (suppliers, contractors, gov't agencies, etc.)1.4. Receivables1.4.1. Government Partnerships1.4.2. US Veterans1.4.3. HMO Partners1.4.4. Dealers1.4.5. Franchisees1.5. Inventories1.5.1. Branch Inventories1.5.2. Warehouse1.6. Compliance Audit1.6.1. All government permits1.6.2. All government mandatory contributions i.e... Medical Reps Commission2.1.3. Sales Commissions2.1.4. Others2.2. Doctor Rebates2.2.1. Metro Manila Doctors2.2.2. Cebu Doctors3. Quarterly & Annual Audit. Oversees the conducting of quarterly and annual audit on thefollowing:3.1. Fixed Assets3.2. Payables3.3. Receivables3.4. Mandatory government contributions such as SSS, Philhealth & PagIBIG4. Semi-Annual Audit.4.1. Accounting System4.2. Fixed Asset Audit of Non-NCR clinics5. Annual Audit5.1. Department Process Audit5.2. Mandatory government contributions such as SSS, Philhealth & PagIBIG6. Other Duties6.1. Performs other job-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
