Internal Audit W/ Sox Experience

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT SOX Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with SOX 404 requirements, manage IT controls, and support audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement IT SOX controls.
Perform risk assessments and control testing.
Collaborate with IT and Finance teams for audit readiness.
Prepare documentation and reports for audits.
Identify and remediate control deficiencies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of SOX compliance experience.
Strong understanding of IT controls and risk management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
