Internal Audit Supervisor

Responsibilities:• Lead and supervise the planning and execution of internal audits.• Develop audit programs, work papers, and reports to ensure compliance with audit methodologies• Identify and assess areas of risk and evaluate the effectiveness of controls• Conduct interviews with personnel to gather information and evidence to support findings• Supervise the work of audit staff to ensure quality and timely completion of audits.Required Skills:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field• 2-3 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or related field• Professional certification.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to manage and supervise staff.
