QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant working experience

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: To be officially employed under DBP Service Corporation (DBPSC), but shall be assigned and deployed to Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) as an agency-hired employee.

WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays (8 AM - 5 PM)

SCOPE OF WORK: Assists in reviewing and monitoring the inventory of accountable forms;Assists in reviewing and monitoring timely submission of paid disbursement vouchers and prepares related reports to COA:Assists in cashiering operation during peak volume period and prepares reports thereof;Assists in the monitoring of petty cash fund and prepares liquidation report for submission to COA;Assists in verifying last amortization payment;Coordinates with Landbank and SHFC Regional Offices for the reconciliation and consolidation of regional and online collections; andPerforms other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Salary: P18,600 - P23,800
