Responsibilities: Monitor client and staff activities using Monday.com platform. Generate and manage case tracker tickets for all Account Managers. Facilitate communication by messaging staff and updating their information on Monday.com. Compile and maintain leave reports for all staff members. Assist in performance evaluation by confirming client emails for Automations. Aid managers in addressing client requests. Compile Activtrack productivity reports for all Account Managers. Collaborate with IT and administrative teams on various projects. Develop a comprehensive procedure document for Hubspot. Upload the procedure document to the Playbook for organizational reference.
