**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
? BAS compliance
- _Reviewing GST coding_
- _P&L and BS review to ensure correct entries_
- _Report preparation_

? Bookkeeping and Accounts payable
- _Bank reconciliation_
- _Credit card reconciliation_
- _Cash float reconciliation_
- _Debtor entries_
- _Review Receipt Bank AP invoices in Xero_
- _Aged payable review_
- _Account summary report preparation_

? Client Payment preparation
- _Create the batch payment_
- _Collate and review supporting documents_

? Internal Systems and Software:

- _Xero_
- _QBO_
- _Office 365 (including Microsoft Teams)_
- _HubOne/SharePoint_
- _ReceiptBank (OCR)_
- _CCH iFirm - (Practice Management)_
- _Igloo (for White Sky's internal resources)_
- _Nitro Pro_
