Modernbrands, a leading provider of luxury furniture for Italian kitchen cabinets, Italian wardrobes, walk-in closets, sliding doors, flooring, and furniture in Manila, is currently seeking a talented and motivated INTERIOR DESIGNER to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval.Develop detailed design plans, including layout, color schemes, lighting, materials selection, and custom furniture.Utilize design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, Lumion, Vray, Metron, and Photoshop to create visual representations of design concepts.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines and budgets.Conduct site visits to assess space and gather necessary information for design implementation.Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to provide innovative solutions to clients. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's/College Degree in Interior Design is required.Preferably with 1 year of work experience in the related field.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; no experience & license required.Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, Lumion, Vray, Metron, and Photoshop.Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations is an advantage.Highly organized with the ability to meet project timelines and budgets.Keen attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.Amenable to accept a training contract (with a chance for a Trip Overseas). Work Conditions:
Type: Full-time and On-site only
Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5pm; Saturdays, 8-3pm
