Interior Designer

We are seeking for an experienced, skilled and hardworking Interior Designer that could help our company grow. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design projects that reflect our clients' needs and preferences.
JOB DETAILS:
• Responsible for contributing to and supporting design projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
• Collaborate with other departments involved in preliminary planning of design for design intent and project conflict resolution, if any. This includes building specifications, dimensions, assisting with initial project research, and outlining project schedules and tasks.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and building codes.
• Visits project sites and attend client meetings when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
• At least 3 years of work experience in interior design
• Knowledgeable in CAD and SketchUp
• Keen to details and can work with the team
• Willing to start ASAP
• Preferably Marikina residents/near Marikina area
