Interior Design Project Manager

Job Description:

As Asya's Interior Design Project Manager, you will work in partnership with talented leaders and colleagues to build and maintain Asya's culture for interior design excellence, innovating and championing world class designs, creating superior design standards in the market, and win recognition for our clients and company. You will lead interior design team, develop next-in-line leaders, introduce out-of-the box interior design strategies and approaches, and impress our clients.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Provide strategic vision and day-to-day management of the assigned team.Serves as the primary client interface to firm up the deadlines and scope of work and ensure its timely completion.Manage all projects seamlessly and effectively.Ensure that deadlines with ID Director and clients are fully complied with in a timely manner.Ensures quality work of staff by having regular checking and approval.Effectively prepare and execute project timelines.Regularly present overall project status to ID Director.Ensures that clients and ID Director's requirements are complied with in a timely manner.Innovate ideas, designs and deliverables.Creatively thinks of solutions and effective strategies to prevent and resolve any potential project issues, even before they arise.Ensure delivery of high quality output in all phases of each project. Perform seamless and thorough checking, consolidation and sending out of files. Prevent any complaints regarding poor quality output from clients, ID Director and other departments.Ensure that deadlines with clients and ID Director are fully complied with in a timely manner.Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Interior Design Director from time to time. Job Qualifications: Licensed Interior Designer/Licensed Architect10-12 years of experience.
