Ericsson Philippines - Global Shared Service Center is growing! We are now looking for an Intercompany Specialist responsible in managing that IC invoices are reconciled both in AR and AP books performing MEC activities like EB01 and signing off GL certification.
In this role you will process and monitor Intercompany transactions focusing on timely settlement of payables and clearing of OCA balances.
You will
Process the invoice and secure quality and perform accrual and quality assurance activities.
Perform payment related transactions.
Run analysis of Unallocated IC payments in AR books.
Perform reconciliations and reports.
Drive automation, quality and efficiency.
Support the team and Stakeholders and train, guide and instruct team members in new activities.
To be successful in the role you must have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field.
at least 3 years' experience working with SAP.
Accounting and reporting skills.
Knowledge and experience with PTP Process tool and infrastructure.
Must have Financial acumen and skills.
With knowledge in Financial model.
High level of Analytical skills.
Has reliable internet connection and has a suitable space to work from home (hybrid set-up).
