Intelligent Document Processing Engineer Strategic Analytic (Wfh)

Deliver automated document extraction and data enrichment solutions.Manipulate data using R or SQL Server; develop advanced ad hoc queries to investigate data anomalies and
to summarize data for pattern detection

Develop round-trip data flows that prepare data for IDP and format the results for analytical purposesCollaborate with experienced modelers to build predictive models and analytic solutions using Python or R;
apply techniques such as NLP, decision trees, and clustering.

Execute proof-of-concepts to evaluate the business value of internal tooling and external vendors/ data.Use AI technologies such as natural language processing to extract business data from unstructured and
semi-structured sources (e.g., loss history reports, insurance applications, claim files, application scraping
using OCR/ generative AI, etc.).

Create technical documentation to archive end-to-end processesImpact Analysis - awareness of how changes, including
Qualification
A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from datasetsIdeally, 3+ years of experience in an engineering role or equivalent using PythonDetail oriented with strong organizational skillsExcellent critical thinking skills in order to tackle complex data challengesComfortable working in a fast paced and highly collaborative global teamExperience configuring & establishing automations utilizing IDP software solutions is a huge plusExperience identifying opportunities for improving business processesThe ideal candidate will have experience working in the insurance industryExperience with OCR, NLP, and/or image analytics is a plusExperience with cloud technologies and is a plus
BS in Computer Science, Information Technology degree, Data Analytics or equivalent
